Arif A. A. Toor M.D. is the president and CEO of the company since its inception.  An Internist by training after 15 years of Private Practice of Medicine in Connecticut he moved on to serve as Medical Director for the Medicare carrier in Connecticut for the next 10 years.  He later served as Managing Director of a Medical Software Development company where he supervised the design and development of an EMR and Practice Management System that has been successfully deployed in many practices across the country.

At Kabot Dr. Toor not only took the administrative responsibilities but also remained closely involved with the design of the products and made these “user friendly” from a Physician’s point of view.
