This user access management system standardizes all the VistA, & CPRS menus, and options across a network in a facility, a VISN, or the region it complies with and has the latest Information Security Guidelines. Fully integrated with VistA, user access is secured by the existing Access code /Verify code. Both the application and the data reside on a server within the VA’s IT Network, which is secured behind the VA Firewall.

The system sends real time messages to all the concerned personnel over the VA Exchange/Outlook and eliminates communication delays.

Time Savings in Process Execution:
The average time and effort savings for new user account creation is reduced to 2 hours as compared to 150 Man-Hours a month and an average waiting period of 1 week.
