	KABOT EHR Hospital Edition Documentation of complete patient management utilizing the user friendly EMR VistA++(An adaptation of VA’s VistA) begins with arrival of the patient at the registration, ER or admissions office. The easy to use interfaces for documentation of demographics, insurance, and responsible party information, are all designed to keep the institution compliant with meaningful use requirements. A robust ADT module tracks all movements of the patient with in the hospital for utilization review and billing while providing complete bed and census management. Scheduling module provides the ability to manage and track appointments at all levels and departments. Easy to use and customizable templates provides the user with the ability to document Patient care at every level, OPD, ER or the Inpatients. All events starting with check-in to the nurses notes including Triage and intake history, the Physician’s evaluation, orders, progress notes and discharge summary are recorded in minimum time. Medication orders to the hospital Pharmacy are returned with bar coded medication labels on packages for dispensing. The physician orders to all the labs including Pulmonary, Cardiac, clinical laboratory and the radiology/imaging departments as well as to any others departments are available. Complete radiology suite can be provided using the affordable PACS. Interface to all Hospital Lab equipment provided in collaboration with the equipment manufacture. Linkage to existing Operating Room, Inventory management and billing modulescan be provided. Outpatient (Medicare Part B) billing module is fully functional. A robust Hospital (Medicare Part A) billing Module will be available soon.
